Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, shipping within the United States typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

If you live within a 30 mile radius of the distribution site you're eligible for Local Delivery, at checkout you may select this option. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, delivery will be made within 1-2 days. All costs for Local delivery and applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. 

A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase once your order has shipped. 

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer shipping to the United Kingdom or Canada.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages:
The Uzuri Bar is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. If your tracking number shows the item as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly to resolve the issue.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
